Welcome ladies. Also known as mums, partners, professionals, chefs, chauffeurs, cleaners, dishwashers, multi-taskers, teachers, mediators, nose-wipers….the list goes on.

How many of these different ‘hats’ do you wear on a daily basis?

Are you tired just thinking about that?

Do you often pick yourself up with sugar and wind down with wine?

Do you find yourself eating your children’s leftovers, or snacking throughout the afternoon, simply out of habit, boredom or lack of energy?

Do you find cooking a healthy meal too much like hard work after a long day?

More importantly than any of those questions though are these…

Are you happy?

What’s so special about you?

Every body is different. How you look and feel is of no-one else’s concern or cares but it is important to you.

In fact, it’s not just important, it’s so utterly vital that in order for you to be the best you want to be, you have to thrive!

So my question to you is simple; ARE YOU THRIVING?

If you could change one thing about the state of your current physical or mental health, what would it be?

More sleep?

More energy?

Clearer skin?

Lose weight?

Have more confidence?

Find more hours in the day?

Reduce your insecurities?

Prioritise You!

In your world, how often do you put your health at the top of your list of priorities? And no, an annual spa day, as lovely as it may be, does not count. Ask yourself what would happen to your world if you stopped doing what it is you do every minute of every day! Scary thought?
