Proofs will be sent to client within 2 working days of order confirmation.

Approval of proofs to be confirmed by customer to IMP by written notice/email.
If approval has not been received by IMP by this deadline, IMP cannot guarantee delivery.

Print ready pdf files to be received from customers that do not require design of artwork.
