Delivery to the Thoroughbred Public Auction premises for which the order is made is included in the price. If the customer requires that the order be delivered to an alternative address, this will be charged accordingly. The customer agrees that IMP holds no responsibility for any loss, damage or delay, for whatever reason, of delivery of the customer’s order, where delivery is made by any third party.
