LEOVEGAS.COM LAUNCHES NEW ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN WITH JOHNNY VEGAS
TSW client LeoVegas launched their new TV advert on Wednesday 22nd February, and starred new brand ambassador Johnny Vegas alongside familiar-face Leo the lion.
With TSW planning and buying all of LeoVegas’ TV activity, the debut ad 90” copy ran on Sky 1 during Ross Kemp: Libya’s Migrant Hell at 22:43, whilst the 60” copy aired during the new episode of X Men spin-off ‘Legion’ on Fox at 21:42. The continued campaign will be shown on mainstream channels including ITV and Channel 4.
Teaming up with the British comedian, actor and cult hero Johnny Vegas, LeoVegas continue to pave the way as the King of mobile casino. The entertainer was selected for his great sense of humour along with his relatability to Brits up and down the country. He is the ideal second ambassador for LeoVegas’ continued growth in the UK.
The 90” copy shows the two comrades enthusing over LeoVegas’ entertainment-at-your-fingertips with a playful, competitive relationship between the pair. The lion upholds his cool, calm, collected manner, whilst newbie-Vegas stumbles through the set with his undeniable clumsy charm. The well-matched pair embark on several scenes, from leaping elegantly (or not-so-elegantly in Vegas’ case!) out of a helicopter over the Vegas strip, to starring as talking-dolls on Japanese shopping TV.
The first in a year of planned activity, Johnny and Leo will continue to promote the brand throughout 2017.
Alongside TSW, LeoVegas continues to inspire with innovative and fresh campaigns which keep their audience engaged. Acting as an extension of their campaign “Find play in the everyday”, this new TV ad will continue the to drive their top-of-mind brand awareness, attributable app-downloads and safeguard their market leading position.
