GB EVENT RIDER EMILY KING SIGNS WITH CMSEVEN

GB Event Rider Emily King has signed with CMSeven to manage her commercial activity moving forward. Emily, daughter of six-time Olympian Mary King, is one of the sports hottest prospects having competed at her first Badminton Horse Trials at the tender age of just 20 years old, lying in second place after the dressage phase.

She completed her first affiliated event at the age of just 12 and represented Great Britain for the first time when she was 15-years-old at the 2011 junior European eventing championships in Vale Sabroso, where she finished seventh individually with Mr Hiho.

Emily continues to establish herself on the international eventing circuit and has aspirations to follow in the footsteps of her famous mother Mary, aiming for selection at the 2020 Olympic Games.

CMSevens Director, Charlie Mitchell said:

“Emily is still only 21 years old yet is already competing and challenging with the best of the sport. It will come as no surprise when she emulates her mother’s success in the saddle over the forthcoming years and we’re delighted to be working with her as she continues in her quest to represent her country at the next Olympic Games.”

Commenting on the appointment Emily said:

“I have every confidence that CMSeven are the right team to help me achieve my goals, both in and out of the saddle.”

CMSeven are an independent sports & entertainment marketing agency working with governing bodies, federations, brands, athletes and agencies alike, to develop strategic partnerships and maximise commercial revenue.
